摘要
钱伟长先生认为 :人才应该德才兼备 ,我们的教师不仅要教书还要育人 ;人才要能满足社会之需 ,我们要培养宽基础、高适应的复合型人才 ;推进教学改革 ,提高教育质量 ,关键在于教师 ,要建立激励机制 ,调动教师的积极性 ,教学与科研相结合 ,提高教师的专业素养 ;推进教学改革 ,不仅传授知识 ,训练技能 ,还要培养学生的自学能力、分析解决问题的能力和创造能力。
According to Mr. Qian Weichang, experts should be moral and intelligent. We teachers should not only teach but also cultivate. Experts should meet the needs of the society. We should develop versatile experts with a solid foundation. The key to the education revolution and the development of education quality is the teachers. We should develop mechanism for competition to activate the motivation of teachers. With the combination of teaching and research, the quality of teachers will be improved. It is important to develop teaching. Teachers should not only teach, develop the skills of themselves, but also develop students' abilities of self-study, problem-solving, and creation.
