摘要
钱伟长教育思想中"我们应该培养怎样的人"对高校的思想政治教育有重要的启发作用。通过结合上海大学研究生思想政治工作实际,着重探讨如何在研究生思想政治工作中增强学生爱国热情,挖掘学生潜能,锻炼学生能力,以实现钱伟长教育思想中的"全面发展"的人才观的培养。
In Qian Weichang Education Thoughts, the question of＂What kind of person should we develop＂ has significant enlightening effects on ideological and political education. Analyzing the practice of ideological and political education of graduate students in Shanghai University, this paper puts emphasis on discussing how to increase the students＇ patriotic en- thusiasm, exploit their potentialities and train their abilities to realize the aim of cultivation of all-round developed talents in Qian Weichang Education Thoughts.
