摘要 应用三室盆栽装置将根系吸收区和菌丝吸收区分开,定量测定了白三叶草根外菌丝从土壤吸收的磷量,证明了菌丝的直接吸收和运输作用与根瘤形成和固氮酶活性密切相关。 In order to investigate the effect of VA mycorrhizal hyphal uptake of phos- phorus from soil on N-fixation and plant growth,a pot experiment was conducted with white clover.The pots used had three compartments,a root compartment and two hyphal compartments.The compartmentation was done by using a 30/μm nylon net.which the roots could not pass but the mycorrhizalhyphae did.The results of the experiment showed that the hyphae were able to take up appreciable amount of phosphorus from the soil in the hyphal compartments and translocated it to the host roots.The nodulation and activity of nitroge- nase were closely related to the phosphorus uptake by the mycorrhizal hyphyae.Mycorrhizal infection improved the P-and N-nutrition of the plant,and consequently increased the plant growth.
