摘要
采用隔网分室盆栽装置 ,研究了P不同水平下 ,接种VA菌根真菌〔Glomusversi forme (Karsten)Berch .〕对小金海棠 (MalusxiaojinensisChengetJiang)实生苗生长及P、Fe、Zn、Cu营养状况的影响。结果表明 ,菌根真菌的侵染能显著增加小金海棠实生苗的生长量 ,改善宿主植物的P营养。虽然小金海棠菌根苗地上部及根部Fe含量因边室施加P肥明显降低 ,但其Fe的吸收量明显增加 ,且在施P 50mg·kg- 1的水平 (P1)下达最大值。
Effects of 3 P levels in the side room and /or infection of VA mycorrhizae on growth and contents of P,Fe,Zn,and Cu of Malus xiaojinensis seedlings were analyzed by employment with 3 rooms pot culture.The results showed that infection of VA mycorrhizae could significantly increase the seedling growth and improve their P nutrition.Iron contents in both root and the above ground parts of the seedlings were remarkably increased,although Fe concentrations in the seedlings were significantly decreased due to P applications in the side room.Zinc or Cu contents in the seedlings were also increased with the P applications.
