摘要
目的 探讨89Sr及89Sr联合止痛性局部外照射对鼻咽癌 (NPC)伴多发性骨转移瘤 ,缓解骨痛效果、改善生存质量意义 .方法 10 0例NPC骨转移瘤患者分别应用89Sr及89Sr结合局部止痛性外照射治疗 .随机分组观察治疗后疼痛的缓解、骨代谢的变化、起效时间及对病人VCA -IgA的水平和骨髓造血功能的影响 .结果 89Sr及89Sr联合局部外照射治疗NPC多发性骨转移瘤的有效率分别为 81.0 %和 95 .2 % ;起效时间 ,89Sr联合局部外照射组明显提前(p <0 .0 1) .VCA -IgA及外周血相的影响无明显差别 .结论 89Sr及89Sr联合局部止痛性放疗对鼻咽癌多发性骨转移的病人均有一定的疗效 ,联合局部止痛性放疗 ,可提高疗效 ,而毒副作用不增加 ,是一种较好的联合治疗方法 。
Objective To explore the clinic effect of relaxing bone-ache, ameliorating living quality on NPC patients with multi-bone-metastasis. Methods 100 cases of NPC patients were random divided into two groups: Group 1 was treated with 89Sr only; group 2 was treated with 89Sr combining external local radio.Five targets had been observed after treatment:①The relaxing degree of bone-ache.②The change of bone-metabolism.③The starting time of curative effect.④The VCA-lgA level of the patients. ⑤The condition of marrow hemopoiesis. Results ①The curative rate of 89Sr only and 89Sr combining external local radio on NPC with multi-bone-metastasis was separately 81.0% 和95.2%.②The starting time of effect of 89Sr combining external local radio was much earlier than 89Sr only after treatment.There was a significant difference between the two groups.However.③The VCA-lgA level and the peripheral blood count of the patients is no difference between the two groups. Conclusions Both methods of 89Sr only and 89Sr combining external local radio has certain curative effect on bone-ache of NPC patients with multi-bone-metastasis, and the 89Sr combining external local radio can further promote the curative effect on bone-ache with no extra side effect. So the results indicate that the 89Sr combing external local radio was a fair method for promoting living quality of patients with bone-ache of tumor metastasis.
