阿魏酸钠对糖尿病大鼠血抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的 探讨阿魏酸钠 (SF)对糖尿病大鼠血抗氧化酶活性和丙二醛含量的影响。方法 对链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱发的糖尿病大鼠予以SF110mg·kg-1·d-1治疗 8周 ,采血 ,测定血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)、丙二醛 (MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)水平。结果 糖尿病组血清SOD、CAT水平显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,MDA显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,SF治疗组血清SOD、CAT水平显著高于糖尿病组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,MDA水平显著低于糖尿病组 (P <0 .0 1) ,糖尿病组血清GSH Px水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,治疗组GSH Px水平与糖尿病组相比有一定程度的降低 ,但无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 SF能改善糖尿病大鼠体内的抗氧化酶活性 ,降低MDA水平 ,从而可能对糖尿病慢性并发症具有防治作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of sodium ferulate (SF) on the activity of serum antioxidant enzymes in diabetic rats.Methods The diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ) were treated with SF (110mg/kgod) for 8 weeks. The rats were killed and the lipid peroxidation (MDA) , the activity of antioxidant enzymes including glutathione peroxidase(GSH Px), superoxide dismutase(SOD) , and catalase (CAT) in serum were measured. Results The levels of serum SOD?CAT in diabetic control group were significant lower than that in normal group( P <0.01)and the level of serum MDA was significant higher than that in normal group( P <0.01). The levels of serum SOD?CAT in the group of treatment were signfcant higher than that in diabetic control group ( P <0.05) and the level of serum MDA in the group of treatment was significant lower than that in diabetic control group( P <0.01).The level of serum GSH Px in diabetic control group was significant higher than that in normal group( P <0.01).The level of serum GSH Px in the group of treatment was lower that in diabetic control group.But there was no significant difference between the two groups( P >0 05).Conclusion SF can improve the activity of serum antioxidant enzymes and decrease the level serum MDA in diabetic rats.SF may have a value a value in the treatment of diabetic chronic complication.
