摘要
应用特异的兔抗豚鼠血小板血清耗竭脉鼠血小板,再予以卵白蛋白攻击后,诱发气道速发型变态反应,发现血小板耗竭后可明显抑制卵白蛋白所致的肺阻力增高,但对肺动态顺应性无明显影响,说明血小板在豚鼠气道速发型变态反应中起主要作用,推测其作用部位主要在大气道血小板活化因子的拮抗剂WEB2086不能对抗卵白蛋白所致的肺阻力增高和肺动态顺应性的下降,而阿魏酸钠对此有抑制作用。
The effects of platelet depletion withrabbit anti-guinea pig platelet serum on the airway im-mediate hypersensitivity induced by ovalbumin in guinea pigs were investigated. Platelel depletion inhibitedenhanced ovalbumin-induced lung resistance. but hadno effect on lung dynamic compliance. suggesting thatplatelets might play an important role in the airway im-mediate hypersensitivity in guinea pig and mainly af-fect the large airway. Platelets activating factor (PAF)is not a major niediator in the airway immediatehypersensitivity. because PAF antagonist. WEB2086,did not inhibit enhanced ovalbumin induced lung re-sistance and decreased lung dynamic compliance, butsodium ferulate did. suggesting sodium ferulate mighthavc anti allergic effect, though it has no effect onPAF induced bronchospasm.
