摘要
本文用1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)作捕集剂,根据溶剂浮选分光光度原理,提出了一个测定痕量镍的新方法.在pH3—11时,待测镍离子与PAK形成的红色络合物可被N_2气泡浮选,然后溶解在苯中,于585nm处测定苯溶液的吸光度.这个方法灵敏准确,并可用于测定饮用水中ppb级镍.
Based on the principle of solvent sublation-spectrophotometry , by using 1-(2-pyridyl-azo)-2-naphthol (PAN) as a collector, a analytical method for the determination of trace nickel (Ⅱ) in drinking water is proposed. At pH 3 to 11, the nickel (Ⅱ) to be determined yields a red complex when treated with PAN. The complex is floated with the aid of small nitrogen bubbles, then dissolved in benzene, and the absorbance of the benzene solution is determined at 585nm. This method is sensitive and precise, and applicable to the determination of ppb levels of nickel (Ⅱ) in drinking water.
