摘要
本文简要介绍近年来糖蛋白和寡糖化学的进展,包括糖蛋白中寡糖链的分类和寡糖链的结构分析方法,糖蛋白的生物合成和寡糖的化学合成。
This paper reviews briefly the recent progress in the chemistry of glycopro-teins and oligosaccharides, including the classification on sugar chains, methods used for the structural study of carbohydrate chains, biosynthesis of glycoprotein and chemical synthesis of oligosaccharide chains in glycoprotein.
