摘要
目的:探讨薏苡仁多糖对免疫功能低下小鼠的保护作用。方法:用环磷酰胺(Cy)建立免疫抑制小鼠模型,以生理盐水为正常对照,通过薏苡仁多糖对小鼠免疫器官指数、半数溶血值(HC50)、抗体生成细胞、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数及淋巴细胞增殖反应的调节,观察其对免疫系统的影响。结果:薏苡仁多糖能显著抑制免疫功能低下小鼠的脾脏指数和胸腺指数的缩小;增强巨噬细胞吞噬指数及淋巴细胞增殖反应;提高血清半数溶血值,纠正免疫功能紊乱现象。结论:薏苡仁多糖对免疫抑制模型小鼠有较好的免疫功能恢复作用。
Objective:To explore the immune regulation effect of coixan on the immune suppressive mice.Method:The immune suppressive mice mode was established by ig Cyclophosphamide.Compared with saline as the normal control,the immune organs index,half of hemolytic value(HC50),peritoneal macrophage phagocytosis index and the effect of lymphocyte proliferation were determined to observe the immune regulating effects of Coixan on mice immune system.Results:Coixan can significantly inhibit the reduction of the thymus and spleen indices of mice with lower immune function,enhanced the macrophage phagocytosis index and lymphocyte proliferation,raised serum HC50,and corrected immune disorders phenomenon.Conclusion:Coixan has a great immune regulation activities on mice with immune suppressive.
