摘要
本文报导了表面活性剂对TNT-SO_3^(2-)反应的影响,通过萃取、电泳、表面活性剂的临界胶束浓度(CMC)以及络合物组成比测定等实验,探讨了形成络合物的机理.同时,提出了光度法测定大气中SO_2的方法,本法利用三硝基甲苯(TNT)作吸收剂和显色荆,避免了使用汞盐,最低检测下限为O.6μg/10ml.
The interaction of TNT-SO22- with surfactants has been investigated by analyzing the effects of different types of surfactants on the λmax and @ of TNT-SO22- . From the extraction and electrophoresis and the determination of critical micelle concentration(CMC) of surfactant CPC, it has been found that the surfactant reacts with TNT-SO22- in a definite ratio(TNT:SO32- :CPC = 1:1: 3). On the basis of these experiments, a spectrophotometric method for the determination of atmospheric SO2 has been established. In this method, TNT is used as an absorber, thus avoiding the use of tetrachloromercurate. The detection limit of SO2 is 0.6μg/10ml.
