摘要 本文提出了一个用全差示分光光度计测定人发中锌含量的方法。称取0.01—0.1g人发样品,用1%的洗涤剂浸泡0.5h,经洗净烘干,用氮酸,过氯酸(4:1)消解,并在pH7的醋酸-醋酸纳缓冲溶液中,以5-Br-PADAP-吐温-80进行显色,在全差示分光光度计上进行测定,取得了满意的结果。 A differential spectrophoto metric method has been developed for the determination of zinc in human hair. Jen to one hundred milligrams of the hair sample were soaked in water containing 1 % detergent for at least half an hour, then rinsed and dried. The dried sample was digested with a mixed acid composed of nitric acid and perchloric acid (4:1),followed by differential spectrophotometric determination made in a HAc-NaAc buffer solution at pH 7 for the colored complex formed by adding 5-Br-PADAP and Tween-80. The method is rapid and convenient, and gives satisfactory results.
