摘要
以制革固体废弃物为原料 ,通过氧化配合法脱铬、水解 ,制得优质明胶 ,考察了影响反应的因素。结果表明 :当废革屑∶氢氧化钠∶双氧水∶氯化钠∶草酸 (质量比 )为 10∶2∶10∶2∶3 ,搅拌时间为 10min时 ,脱铬效果最佳 ,脱铬率达 93 %。制得的明胶粘度可达 16.3mPa·s,分子量大 ,颜色为淡黄色 ,符合QB5 81- 1981标准中的一级标准 ,蛋白质总回收率为 76.0 %。
The fine gelatin is prepared by chrome removal of oxidation combination method and hydrolysis with solid leather wastes as raw material. The factors influencing the reactions are studied. The result indicates that while mass ratio of leather waste chips, sodium hydroxide, peroxide, sodium chloride and oxalic acid is 10∶2∶10∶2∶3,stirring time is ten minutes,the effect of chrome removal is best. Rate of chrome removal reaches 93%. The viscosity of gelatin obtained reaches 16.3mPa·s,and the product has larger molecule weight and the colour of pale yellow. The quality of the product meets the requirement of state standard of QB581-1981 of the first grade.The total recovery rate of protein is 76.0%.
