摘要
用化学诱导法制备金红石型云母钛珠光颜料 ,通过SEM ,XRD等手段研究了化学诱导剂对颜料表面膜层微观结构及金红石含量的影响。结果表明 :用少量SnO2 ,Fe2 O3等金属氧化物对云母进行预膜处理 ,可有效地抑制云母基片对表层TiO2 晶型转化的不利影响 ,诱导和促进TiO2 的低温相变 ,提高颜料的珠光光泽。以SnO2 -ZnO -C助剂为复合金红石诱导促进剂 ,在较低的焙烧温度 (85 0℃ )和较短的焙烧时间(0 .5h)内制得了完全金红石化的云母钛珠光颜料 。
A chemical inducing process was developed to prepare rutile titania-mica pearlescent pigment. The influences of chemical inducing promoters on both the crystal phase transition of the TiO 2 coating on mica and the surface microstructure of the pigments were studied by SEM and XRD. The results show that the process in which mica is pre_treated by a small amount of SnO 2, Fe 2O 3 and other metal_oxides can effectively restrain the disadvantageous influence of mica basic_flakes on the phase transition of TiO 2 coating, induce and promote the phase transition of TiO 2 at a lower temperature and make pearl luster of the pigments higher. The rutile titania-mica pearlescent pigments were prepared at calcination temperature 850 ℃ and in calcination time 0.5 h with the SnO 2-ZnO-C composite rutile promoter by chemical inducing process. The chemical inducing mechanism was also studied according to the observation of the pearlescent pigment structure.
