Na_2O对氧化物/MoSi_2基复合材料的高温蠕变特性的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF Na_2O ON HIGH-TEMPERATURE CREEP OF OXIDE /MoSi_2 COMPOSITES

摘要 研究了脱Na工艺前后氧化物 /MoSi2 基发热元件材料对石英玻璃管失透性的影响及其高温蠕变特性。结果表明 :通过脱Na处理氧化物 /MoSi2 基复合材料对石英玻璃管的失透现象基本消失 ,而且高温蠕变特性有了明显改善 ,材料蠕变应力指数和活化能分别从原来的 0 .83 ,2 81kJ·mol- 1 变化到 0 .71,2 92kJ·mol- 1 。并且氧化物 /MoSi2 Effect of Na 2O on high_temperature creep of oxide/MoSi 2 composites was investigated in different experimental conditions. It is found that the creep behavior of the composites is obviously improved by reducing the Na 2O content to a low level. Through the Na removed treatment, the creep stress exponent ( n ) changed from 0.83 to 0.71, and creep activation energy (Δ Q ) changed from 281 kJ/mol -1 to 292 kJ·mol -1 . The research results suggest that the creep deformation of the oxide/MoSi 2 composites can be mainly attributed to a grain boundary mechanism, i.e. , grain boundary sliding.
