摘要
以常用防毡缩整理剂Basolan DC 为参照,用价廉的NaClO 对羊毛实施改性,找到了一种合适的反应调节剂;并对羊毛改性的变化规律作了探讨.结果表明,在反应调节剂存在下,以NaClO 代替Basolan DC 对羊毛进行氯化改性的工艺可行,成本低;所得羊毛的白度及手感均好.
NaClO is a cheap chlorinating modifier for wool,but its reactivity is too severe tobe controlled.In this paper,a suitable reactive retardant for NaClO is presented.The experiment results show that using NaClO and the retardent for the modification of wool istechnologically feasible.The whiteness and hand touch of modified wool,compared withthe wool treated by Basolan DC,are better and the cost of production is lower.This paperalso investigates such factors in chlorination as pH value and temperature etc.for bothNaClO and Basolan DC.
