摘要 以二乙烯三胺为交联剂,对腈纶水解法制备弱酸性阳离子交换纤维进行了实验研究,系统讨论了几种主要因素对纤维性能的影响,并通过仪器分析手段对纤维的结构、结晶性和表面形貌作了测试与对比. The weak-acid cation-exchange fibers were prepared by the hydrolysis andcrosslinking reactions of the acrylonitrile copolymer-fibers(acrylonitrile-methylmethacrylate-itaconic acid).The cross-linking agent is diethylenetriamine.The cation-ex-change capacity of H^+-form fiber could be reached to 3. 42 mmol/g.The influences ofseveral factors on the properties of cation-exchange fibers were investigated in detailthrough many experiments;these factors include the concentrations of sodium hydroxideand diethylenetriamine,the reaction temperature and time,etc.In addition,the transforma-tion of the fiber structure,crystallinity and appearance were measured by the methods ofinstrumental analysis(IR,X-ray,SEM).
