摘要
研究了离子交换纤维做固定相在离子色谱中的应用。结果表明,用VS-2型阴离子交换纤维和VS-1型阳离子交换纤维分别填充分离住印抑制柱,与树脂柱具有相同的效果,而纤维柱的阻力仅为树脂柱的十分之一左右。我们认为用离子交换纤维做固定相对离子色谱具有实际意义。
The applications of ion exchange fiber for stationary phase have been studied on ion chromatog-raphy. The results indicate that the column packed with VS-2 type anion exchange fiber and suppression column with VS-1 type cation exchange fiber, have the similar efficiency with the resin column. but the resistence to flow in fiber column is only one-tenth of the resin column. We consider that ion chrornatography with ion exchange fiber can be used in practice.
