摘要
试验用 7条犬肌肉注射 QFM合剂0 .1 5～ 0 .2 m L /kg体重 ,观察比较了给药前后犬血清肌酐、尿素氮水平变化。结果表明 ,给药前后犬血清肌酐、尿素氮变化差异不显著 ,在正常生理范围内。说明 QFM合剂应用于犬的麻醉后 ,对犬的肾功能无明显不良影响 ,证明了QFM合剂应用于犬的临床安全性。
QFM mixture was administrated at the dose of 0.15~0.2 mL/kg body weight intramuscularly on 7 dogs. Level of creatinine and BUN in blood serum were examined before and after QFM mixture was administrated. The result showed that variation of level of creatinine and BUN in blood serum was not obvious in the physiological range. This indicated that QFM mixture has no obvious bad effects on the kidney of dogs when administrated at anaesthetic dose, which proved that QFM mixture is safe in clinical application.
