摘要
报道了化学发光分析法测定尿液中痕量铬,研究了适宜鲁米诺-过氧化氢—Cr(Ⅲ)体系进行化学发光分析测定的条件,讨论了酸度、还原剂用量、测定时间、干扰离子等因素对测定结果的影响。方法操作简便,灵敏度高,具有较好选择性和准确度,便于普及推广。加标回收率在96.7%~103%之间,结果满意,为尿液中痕量铬的测定提供了一个快速、准确的分析方法。
A chemiluminescence method for the determination of traces of chromium in urine is reported in this paper. The optimum conditions for the reaction system luminol-H_2O_2-Cr(Ⅲ) are studied thoroughly. The new method proved to be rapid simple sensitive and selective , with a recovery of 96.7% ~ 103%.
