摘要
目的 研究青春期男性发锌与性发育关系。方法 2 0 0 0年 4月对贵阳市区 5 6 0名 8～ 15岁男性作性发育评价 ;用火焰原子吸收分光光度计 (FAAS)测定发锌含量并判断锌营养状况。结果 男性的发锌值与年龄有关系 ,10岁及以后的发锌值比 8、9岁的有增加。性发育指标中仅生殖器与发锌值有一定的关系 ,而阴毛则与发锌值的关系不明显。生殖器 -阴毛在生殖器 3期 -阴毛 1期及以后未发现与发锌值有明显的关系。结论 青春期男性的发锌水平与性发育的关系可能与体内性激素。
Objective To study the relationship between hair zinc and sex development in adolescent males.Methods The hair zinc level of 560 males aged 8-15 years in Guiyang are measured using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer(FAAS),and the individual sexual development is evaluated.Results The hair zinc level of male is related to age.The hair zinc level of 10 years old or over increased compared with that of 8 or 9 years old.Among sex development indicators,only genital organ is associated with hair zinc level to some extent,the relationship between pubic hair and hair zin level is not significant.No significant relationship is found between hair zinc level and genital organ at phase Ⅲ and pubic hair at phase Ⅰ and more advanced phase.Conclusion The relationship between sex development and hair zinc level of adolescent males may be related to the increase of sex hormones and growth hormones in vivo.
