摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病患者白内障晶状体乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术的效果。方法 对86例120例糖尿病患者施行超声乳化人工晶状体囊袋内植入术。术后观察视力、并发症并与相关手术比较。结果 术后视力:0.5以上者为86.27％,0.3以上者为89％。并发症:角膜水肿、线状浑浊、前房炎症反应和后囊浑浊等与非糖尿病组比较差异无显著性。结论 对糖尿病白内障患者,血糖控制稳定在10mmol/L以下,行超声乳化人工晶状体植入治疗白内障完全有效、安全、术后并发症少,散光小、视力恢复好。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and complications of phacoemulsification(phaco) ,IOL implantation in cataract patients with diabetes.Methods 120 eyes of 86 Cases were received the operation. Results The postoperative vision is > 0.5 in 86.27% and > 0.3 in 89% respectively.Complications such cornea edema,thread turbidity,turbidity of posterior cyst and inflammation of anterior chamber. There is no significant difference compare with patients without diabetes. Conclusion The cataract patients with diabetes, if blood sugar was less than 10 mmol/L, an operation of phaco and IOL is effective, safety and lower morbidity of complication as well.
