摘要
目的 探讨乳房外Paget病的最佳治疗方法。 方法 在快速冰冻切片的指导下 ,彻底切除病灶 ,然后采用游离植皮、局部随意型皮瓣、带血管蒂的岛状皮瓣等整形方法修复病灶切除后遗留的缺损区。结果 8例患者伤口愈合良好 ,局部形态及功能满意。结论 在根治病灶的同时采用整形方法修复Paget病的皮损 ,既能完好的修复大面积的皮损 ,又能恢复其外形及功能。
Objective To explore the best method for the treatment of extramammary Paget's disease.Methods To complete resect the locus according to the result of rapid feozen section,then repair the skin absence with plastic method,such as free skin grafting,local random skin flap and island skin flap with vascular pedicle,et al.Results The wound healing was satisfactory in 8 cases,the image and function were fairly good.Conclusion Repairment of the skin absence of Paget's with plastic method is reliable effects.
