21例老年病人冠状动脉内支架植入术疗效初步分析

摘要 目的 :评价老年冠心病人冠状动脉内支架植入术的疗效和安全性。方法 :2 1例老年冠心病人 ,年龄平均75 .5± 6 .5岁。血管病变共计 2 8处 ,其狭窄程度均在 75 %以上。行选择性冠状动脉造影证实血管病变后 ,对其中 2 3处病变行冠状动脉内支架植入术。结果 :2 3处病变共植入 2 5个支架均成功 ,术后 1例出现穿刺部位血肿 ,1例出现少量心包积血 ;无其它严重并发症发生。结论 :只要适应症选择得当 ,术前准备完善 ,术中操作熟练 ,该手术对老年冠心病人是安全可靠的。
