摘要
采用向铝酸钠溶液中添加表面活性剂来强化其晶种分解过程,考察了不同类型的表面活性剂对铝酸钠溶液种子搅拌分解过程分解率的影响·试验结果表明,加入一定量的高分子聚合物可强化分解过程的进行,阳离子和非离子表面活性剂可使分解率提高2%左右;而分子量较大的阴离子表面活性剂可使溶液分解率提高6%左右·
?Surfactants were introduced in to sodium aluminate aquatic solution as a method to intensify seed precipitation. The effects of several different types of surfactants on the precipitation ratio of sodium aluminate were studied. The results show that the big molecular polymer can enhance the seed precipitation speed. The precipitation ratio can be increased by around 2% in addition of cationic or nonionic surfactant while 6% in addition of big molecule anionic surfactant.
