Effect of Non-Ionic Oily Additive on Precipitate from Sodium Aluminate Solution

摘要 研究了由Tween-81非离子型表面活性剂与二十一碳烷组成的油溶性添加剂在不同添加量下,对铝酸钠溶液晶种分解产物氢氧化铝的粒度、强度以及分解率的影响,并探讨了其作用机理.结果表明,当Tween-81非离子型添加剂的添加量在25~150mg/L范围内,可加速氢氧化铝结晶的生长速度,增强其附聚作用,使产物粒径向45~75μm范围集中,从而增加产物的粒度,降低细粒子含量,并可提高铝酸钠溶液的分解率.添加剂可促进氢氧化铝形成球状晶体,有利于改善其强度.当添加量为80mg/L时,综合效果较好,氢氧化铝平均粒径可提高13μm,磨损指数可降低25%左右. The effects of different amounts of Twcen-81 type non-ionic additive on the seeded precipitate from sodium aluminate solution, i.e., Al(OH)3, were studied including its particle strength, size and precipitate rate with the precipitate behavior discussed. The results showed that when the additive concentration in sodium aluminate solution is in the range from 25 to 150 mg/L, the additive can accelerate the crystallization of Al(OH)3 and improve its agglomeration to enable the increases particle size to come into the range from 45 to 75 tan with the number of fine particles reduced and the precipitation rate of the solution increased. The additives was proved available to shape the Al(OH)3 into spherocrystals which are beneficial improving the particle strength. As a whole, the favorable should be 85 mg/L and, as a result, the average particle size of hydrogen alumina is increased by 13μm with the attrition index reduced by about 25%.
