摘要
开发基于成组技术的CNC参数化编程技术 首先利用成组技术 ,将加工特征相似的零件组成零件组 ,然后利用参数化编程技术 ,为同一零件组内的零件编写一个通用加工程序 加工时 ,只要给参数化通用程序中相应加工特征参数变量赋予具体的数值 ,即可完成同一零件组内不同零件的加工 这种CNC程序编写方式比传统编写方式的编程效率可提高 6 4% - 85 %
An approach of CNC parametric programming based on group technology has been presented. Firstly, the parts with similar machining attributes are grouped in the same part family. Then , an single universal machining program is written for the part family based on the approach of parametric programming. By changing the values of variables in the universal parametric program, the machine controller can implement the cutting for different parts in the same part family. This approach could minimize the number of program changeovers, reduce the redundant codes in the part program, and shorten the length of the program. The efficiency improvement due to application of parametric programming approach based on group technology is 64%-85%.
