摘要
本文对云南丽江木多木衣果内宏量营养成份、常量及微量营养元素和氨基酸组成进行了较为全面的分析 ,木多木衣果中粗蛋白含量及钙、磷、钾、脯氨酸、天冬氨酸的含量比一般水果中的含量要高。
This paper reports the analysis on fruit components of Docynia indica (Wall.)Decne of Lijiang,Yunnan.The results of common nutrient elements,trace nutrient elements and amino acids are shown in this paper.From the results,it is found that the elements of raw proteins?Ca?P?K ?proline and aspartate were higher than other common fruits. The results will be useful for the further development of Docynia indica (Wall.)Decne.
