摘要
为了判断其免疫功能有无改变,了解巨脾内T、B和巨噬细胞在数量上、分布上以及形态方面有无变化,变化有无规律,相互间以及同巨脾纤维化的轻重之间有无内在联系。本实验进行了门脉高压巨脾T、B和巨噬细胞的免疫组化及形态测量学分析。结果表明:(1)与正常脾相比,巨脾三种细胞均有显著降低,这种降低主要在病理Ⅱ、Ⅲ级巨脾,而Ⅰ级巨脾无显著降低;(2)不同部位的同种细胞降低程度不同,其中以边缘区变化最为突出,三种细胞均有显著降低;(3)边缘区三种细胞的改变彼此间关系不同,T、B之间呈直线相关,但二者与巨噬细胞之间不呈直线相关。
In the series study of histological classification for splenomegaly,a creteria of it was made according to three type of fibers proliferation.This study made an immunohistological and morphometric analysis to observe the T,B lymphocytes and macrophages in splenomegaly of portal hypertension,in order to judge the changes of immunological function;investigate the number,distribution and morphology of T,B lymphocytes and macrophages;assess its regularity and relation between each other,as well as different fibrosis degrees.The study found that.(1)Compared with control group,all of T,B and macrophages in splenomegaly were significantly decreased,which were mainly classⅡandⅢof splenomegaly,and classⅠwas similar to control.(2)The same pattern of cells at different area decreased in different degree,it is at marginal zone that the changes were markable,where all of three patterns of cells decreaed significantly.(3)The relation of cells changes at marginal zone were different,it is linear relation between T and B,but is not between them and macrophages.
