摘要
对现有几种衬里结构进行了简要分析 ,结合对无龟甲网单层、双层衬里模拟试验结果 ,确定济南分公司 1 4 0 0kt/a重油催化裂化装置再生器衬里选用单层隔热耐磨衬里。对斜管与再生器相贯线部位的衬里结构进行了改进。运行近 6年来 。
The several kinds of available lining structure were analyzed briefly.In combination with the simulated teating results of non-hexsteel single layer lining and double layer lining,the regenerator lining of 1400 kt/a heavy oil catatytic crack unit for Jinan branch company selected the single laryer of heat insulation abrasion resisting lining.The lining structure at the linked position between inclined pipe and regenerator was improved.The lining quality has been good ever since put into operation for around 6 years.
