摘要
反应器及再生器是催化裂化装置的两个关键设备 ,针对其高温、冲刷、磨损、腐蚀等工艺特点 ,一般采用带龟甲网的衬里结构。本文分析了带龟甲网的衬里结构的缺陷及对策 ,着重介绍了不锈钢纤维增强的新型衬里结构的特点、施工方法、优越性及其在生产中的应用 。
Reactor & Regenerator are two key equipment in catalytic cracking unit. As they have the characteristics of high temperature, scouring, abrasion and corrosion, hex-steel reinforced refractory lining is usually used. The limitation of the hex-steel reinforced lining structure and the countermeasure, focuses on the characteristic, installation method, superiority and application in production of the stainless steel fiber reinforced lining were analysed and the development trend of the lining structure used in reactor & regenerator was described.
