冷壁反应器改为热壁反应器的运行安全性分析 被引量:2

ANALYSIS ON OPERATION SAFETY OF HOT WALL REACTOR RECONSTRUCTED FROM COLD WALL REACTOR

摘要 将冷壁结构的焦化柴油加氢精制反应器改造为热壁结构的脱色反应器 ,对反应器主体材质2 4CrMo1 0的化学成分和力学性能进行了分析并与 2 Cr 1Mo ,1 0CrMo91 0做了对比 ;对反应器壳体剩余壁厚在新工况条件下的强度和当量应力进行了校核 ;对反应器壳体在热壁条件下可能发生的腐蚀和回火脆性进行了分析。反应器改造后运行了一年 。 The coking diesel oil hydrogenated reactor with cold wall structure was reconstructed into decoloration reactor with hot wall structure.The chemical composition and mechanical property of reactor shell material 24CrMo10 were analyzed and were compared to 21/4C-1Mo and 10CrMo910 steel;The strength and equivalent stress of the remainder wall thickness of reactor shell under new working condition were checked.The corrosion and temper embrittlement of reactor shell probably occured under hot wall condition were analyzed.The reconstructed reactor has operated for one year without abnormal.
