摘要
中国石化股份有限公司天津分公司加氢精制高压分离器接管使用8个月后相继发生开裂,经裂纹金相组织形态观察和腐蚀产物成分分析,确定开裂原因系连多硫酸应力腐蚀引起。防止奥氏体不锈钢连多硫酸腐蚀开裂的方法有:停工时防止氧和水分进入;选用渗铝钢以及347,327,B315等耐蚀材质;减小焊接时的残余应力以及碱洗等。对碱洗规范进行了介绍。
The piping of high - pressure separator in hydrotreating unit in the Tianjin Petrochemical Co. , Ltd. /SINOPEC cracked after 8 months of service. The observation of the metallographic structure of the cracks and analysis of the corrosion product determines that culprit of the cracking is polythionic acid stress corrosion. The methods to prevent the polythionic acid stress corrosion of the austenic steel are: prevent oxygen and water from entering the system at shutdown, select aluminum - diffused steel or 347, 327 and B315 steels, reduce the residue stress of welding or apply caustic wash etc. The caustic wash specifications were introduced
