聚乳酸对皮肤成纤维细胞生物学行为的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察种植在聚乳酸材料上的皮肤成纤维细胞的生物学特性,为其在人工真皮中的应用打好基础。方法将体外培养的人皮肤成纤维细胞接种到聚乳酸膜上,观察细胞在膜上的粘附、增殖,形态结构。结果接种后的皮肤成纤维细胞在聚乳酸膜上有较高的粘附率,并且增殖良好。HE染色明显可见细胞在膜上所形成的复层化结构。结论聚乳酸可以支持皮肤成纤维细胞的正常生长,在皮肤组织工程中有一定的应用价值。 Objective To observe the biological behaviors of the dermal fibroblasts planted on the polyactid acid membrane.Methods Plant the dermal fibroblasts on poly actid acid membrane and observe the a ttaching efficiency,proliferatio n ability.The morphological change s were investigated by HE staining and transmission electron microscope.Results The dermal fibroblasts showed high a ttaching efficiency and good proliferation ability.TEM dem onstrated that the cells were in good growing conditions.And multi-laye r structure could be obtained after long time culturing.Conclusions PLA showed very good bio-compatibil ity and can be used to construct derma l substitutes.
