摘要
采用自制的聚苯乙烯型磺酸基阳离子交换树脂对铬鞣液及废铬液络合物组分进行了分离测定 ,结果表明 ,所用离子交换柱、H2 O-Na Cl O4 -HCl梯度洗脱体系可有效分离铬络合物组分 ,实验重现性好、误差较低 ,回收率可达 97%以上。对铬鞣液和废铬液络合物组分分析结果表明 ,陈放对铬络合物组成及鞣性有显著影响 ,2周内阴性、中性络合物由 84% (质量分数 ,下同 )急剧降低至 8.3 % ,在废铬液中铬络合物阴性、中性组分占3 2 % 。
A cation exchange resin associated with the elution system of H 2O-NaClO 4-HCl was used to separated the chromium complexes from chromium-contained tanning agent and its wastewater. The results showed that this method has satisfactory replication and its recovery can excess 97%. The anionic and de-ionic chromium complexes in fresh tanning agent are dominant, and their content changed from 84% to 8.3% after 2 weeks of aging time. Their content in tanning wastewater is 32%, which is sufficient higher than the chromium-tanning agent after 2 weeks of aging time.
