摘要
本义研究了 TLC 在皮革加脂剂研究中的应用.研究了固定相.移动相对 C_(16-18)脂肪酸甲酯.氯化脂肪酸甲酯.L_(-1)L_(-2)加脂剂.及革中萃取物组分分离的影响.找出在硅胶板上分离上述单酯及复杂混合物的分离条件.
This paper study the application of TLC(Thin Layer Chromatography)on the leather fatliqours.It has investigated that the effect on the stationary phase-silica gel H and G and mobile phase on the separtion of C_(16-18)fatty acid methyl esters(FAME)and tneir chloridates as wall as L-1.L-2 fatliqours for leather and fat extracted from the leather.It was obtainted the condition of separating C_(16-18)FAME and chlorided FAME and fatliqours as well as fat extracted from leather on silica gel plates.
