摘要
目的 :反相高效液相色谱法测定争光抗菌片中黄芩苷的含量。方法 :HYPERSILC18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 水 磷酸 ( 52∶48∶0 .2 ) ,于 2 80nm波长处检测。结果 :黄芩苷的线性范围为 0 .116～ 1.856 μg ,r =0 .9997,平均加样回收率为 98.1% ,RSD =0 .52 % (n =3 )。结论 :方法简便 ,精密度和稳定性良好 ,适用于测定争光抗菌片中黄芩苷的含量。
OBJECTIVE To establish a RP HPLC method to determine the content of baicalin in ZhengGuang KangJun tablets.METHODS HYPERSIL C 18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol water phosphoric acid (52∶48∶ 0.2 ).The detection wave length was 280 nm.RESULTS The detection ranges was 0.116 ～ 1.856 μg. The average recovery of baicalin is 98.1% ,RSD= 0.52% ( n =3).CONCLUSIONS This method is convenient, accurate, stable, and suitable for the determination of Baicalin in ZhengGuang KangJun tablets.
