摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定清热凉血膏中黄芩苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法Kromasil C18（4.6 mmⅹ250 mm,5μm）色谱柱,流动性：以甲醇-0.3%磷酸溶液为流动相（48：52）,紫外检测波长为280nm,流速：1.0mL min-1。结果黄芩苷进样量在0.2-1.2μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 8（n=5）,平均回收率为98.04%,RSD为0.97%（n=3）。结论此法简便、快捷、重现性好,可作为清热凉血膏含量控制标准。
Objective To determine the content of baicalin in Qingre Liangxue Gao by HPLC.Methods The Kromasil C18（4.6 mmⅹ250 mm,5 μm）column was used and methanol-0.3% phosphoric acid（48：52） was used as the mobile phase.The detective wavelength was at 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL min-1.Results The linear range of baicalin was between 0.214μg and 1.284μg,r = 0.999 8（n = 5）.Average recovery was 98.04% with RSD of 0.97%（n = 3）.Conclusion This method was proved to be simple,reliable and could be used for the effective quality control of Qingre Liangxue Gao.
