摘要
目的 :探讨参附注射液对围术期心肌缺血发生率的影响及其在冠心病患者中应用的效能。方法 :40例择期腹部手术病人 (ASAⅡ～Ⅲ级 ) ,随机分为参附组 (SF)和对照组 (C)。用Datex -OhmedaS/ 5多导ST段自动分析仪监测围术期ST段变化 ,求得各组病人围术期心肌缺血发生率及严重程度。结果 :两组病人围术期总的心肌缺血发生率分别为 3 1%和 45 % ,差异明显 (P <0 0 5 ) ;参附组术中缺血发生率为术前的一半 ,与对照组相比也为一半左右 (P <0 0 5 ) ;对照组术后缺血发生率约为术前的 2倍 ,术中与术前相比无差异 (P >0 0 5 )。术后ST段下移程度参附组较对照组明显减轻 ,差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。结论
Objective: To observe th influences of Shen-Fu(SF)injection on the incidence of perioperative myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary artery disease.Methods:40 patients with coronary artery disease scheduled for elective abdominal operation were randomly divided into two groups:SF group and Control group.Perioperative ischemia was assessed using electrocardiography(Datex-Ohmeda S/5) and the incidence and characteristics of ECG ischemia were recorded.Results:The incidence of perioperative myocardial ischemia was 31% in SF group,and 45% in control group with significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05).During intraoperative period the incidence of ECG ischemia changes were observed to be half of the rate in SF group with significant difference compared with their preoperative status(P<0.05),and the similar rates compared with control group(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between their rates during the postoperative and preoperative period in SF group but the ischemia rate was two times higher in postoperative period than that of in preoperative period in control group.There was no significant difference shown in ischemia rates between preoperative period and intraoperative period in control group patients.In the postoperative period,compared the characteristics of ECG ischemia(ST segment depression) between two groups,the difference was obvious(P<0.05).Conclusions:During perioperation,administration of Shen-Fu injection can reduce the incidence of perioperative myocardial ischemia in patients with coronary artery desease.
