摘要
本文在弹性板式车削测力仪静力学分析的基础上,提出了新的考虑周向应变的电阻应变片布片方案。实验结果表明,该方案具有灵敏度高、相间干扰小的特点,可有效地改善车削测力仪的性能。
Based on analysis of static mechanics of elastic plate turning dynamometer a new scheme arranging strain cages is put forward in this paper.The experimental results show that it has higher sensitivity and lower cross sensitivity than others.Therefore,it can im prove the characteristics of the turning dynamomcter effectively.
