摘要 采用ANSYS软件分析了温度载荷对YDC—Ⅲ89车削测力仪弹性环的热变形影响,得出改变弹性环半径尺寸弹性槽宽度不变;在弹性槽间增加螺钉联接可以减少弹性槽的热变形量。在此基础上提出了改进方案,并采用切削热模拟试验得到了温度载荷对传感器预紧力的影响。改进型测力仪的静态指标达到了CIRP-STCC规定的标准。实际切削结果表明:切削热对测力仪输出信号的影响减小了。 The thermal deformation of elastic ring of YDC-Ⅲ89 turning dynamometer is analyzed by using ANSYS. It is shown that the width of elastic slot is little changed while the dimensions of elastic ring changes and is reduced while linked by screw. The effect of thermal deformation on preload which loaded on sensor through is simulation experiment. Based on analysis and experiment, a new method which improves the performance of the dynamometer is proposed. The dynamometer is fully reached the dynamometer standard stipulated by CIRP-STCC. The curing results show that the errors caused by new dynamometer decrease.
