摘要
本文运用波特的理论 ,分析我国民办高等教育的竞争优势和发展战略。通过和我国现有高等教育模式的比较 ,民办高等教育在运行机制、管理机制、专业设置、在满足市场需求等上有其独到之外 ,形成了民办高等教育在办学成本上、教育市场的开发上以及教育产品目标集聚的战略等上的竞争优势。同时还提出建立我国的教育产业投资公司是持续发展我国民办高等教育的可靠保证。
By applying Professor Michael.E.Porter*ss (Commercial College of Harvard, USA.) theory, the author analyzes the competitive superiority and development strategy of private-run high education. Compared with the state-own high education, private-run high education has some advantages such as in operation mechanism, management mechanism, diversities of the specialties, and flexibility of satisfying the demands of talents market etc. So private-run high education forms a series of comparative superiorities in cost control, education market development and aim-concentration strategy. The author also points out that a united educational investment group could be the best choice for the continuous development of private-run high education.
