摘要
用冷冻疗法治疗耳前瘘管74例,随访时间7个月～6年7个月。结果:一次治疗痊愈者66例;占89.2%,8例在治疗3个月～3年间复发感染,占10.8%。本文介绍了特制冷冻头的制作方法、病例选择以及治疗方法。
Seventy-four patients of congenital preauricular fistula were tre ated with cryotheraphy. The follow-up periods were ranged from 7 to 79 months. Sixty-six patients (89.2%) were cured after the first treatment and 8 patients (10.8%) recurred between 3 and 36 months. The make of the cryoprobe the selection of the patients, and the technique of the treatment have been introduced in this article.
