摘要
目的:验证一次性双气囊气管导管的安全性和有效性。方法:100例全麻气管内插管手术和需辅助呼吸、延期拔管的患者,采用一次性双气囊气管导管,咽喉镜明视行气管插管,观察导管置入和留置情况及导管留置期间各种并发症的发生率。结果:平均插管时间13.42±8.11s,在39例需留置气管导管的患者中留置时间最长1周,最短4h,平均保留时间为23.10±1.50h。全部患者均未发生喉水肿、气管、支气管痉挛及声带损伤等并发症,临床效果满意。结论:该一次性双气囊气管导管可以安全、有效地用于全麻气管内插管和术后需留置气管导管的危重患者。
Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of the endotrachea tube with double-cuff. Method One hundred of patients scheduled for postoperative ventilating support requiring general anesthesia were studied. All the patients were intubated with the duble-cuff endotracheal tube （ETT） and mechanically ventilatied. We determined the incidence of the complication during induction, post-intubation until extubation. Results The average duration of intubation is 13.42± 8.1 1 s. 39 of 100 patients were retained the ETF AFTER operation. The range of retaining time was from 4 hours to 1 week. The average retaining time is 23.10±1.5h. No laryngeal edema, endotrachea spasm, broncho spasm and injury of glottis were seen in all the patients. Conclusion The ETr with double cuff can be used safely and efficiously for the patients who required intubation or the critical patients who need mechanicly ventilation for long time.
