摘要
本文探讨了柱压、重现性这二个重要因素与柱效之间的关系。采用柱的“换向法”,降低了柱的一般性堵塞和渗漏问题,明显地延长了柱的使用寿命。
The interrelationships between column efficiency pressuse and reproducibility were analyzed by switch use of column. The results indicated that switch use of column reduced the prevalent problems of column block and leak in the column and increased life and efficiency of the column.
