摘要
本文对砷形态分析方法进行了评述。提出了人尿中 As( )、As( )、一甲基砷( MMA)和二甲基砷 ( DMA)的快速、灵敏的形态分析方法。方法基于在 1 5cm长、3μm粒径的 HPL C柱上快速分离不同形态的砷后以灵敏的氢化物发生 /原子荧光检测。常见砷的四种形态的分析只须 4min即可完成 ,检出限在μg/L级。标准样品尿中砷的形态分析结果和标准值吻合很好。本法已应用于摄取砷糖前、后所采集的尿样中砷的形态分析研究。砷糖普遍存在于海藻、牡蛎、贻贝和蚌等海产品中。食用这些含有胂糖的食品后 ,尿液中的 DMA显著增加。环境和职业砷暴露的生物标志物 ( Biomarker)常基于尿液中无机砷及其代谢产物 MMA和 DMA的测定。砷糖的摄入影响这类生物标志物的可靠性 。
Analytical methods for arsenic speciation anaysis are reviewed. A rapid and sensitive method is described for the speciation of inorganic arsenite, arsenate, monomethylarsonic acid, and dimethylarsinic acid in human urine. The method is based on rapid separation of arsenic on a 15 cm long, 3 μm particle size HPLC column and the sensitive detection by hydride generation atomic fluorescence. The speciation of the common four arsenic species is complete within 4 min. Detection limits for the four arsenic species are at the low μg/L levels. Results from the speciation of arsenic in standard reference material urine are in good agreement with the reference values. The method was applied to a study of arsenic speciation in urine sample collected before and after the ingestion of arsenosugars. Substantial increases of dimethylarsinic acid suggest that the ingestion of arsenosugars is a confounding factor in assessing human exposure to inorganic arsenic.
