摘要
道德自律论对“人是目的”的坚执仅限于被救助对象 ,忽视了德行主体作为目的的必要性和神圣性 ,使得基于“意志自律”理念的道德建设传统路径固有的高成本、低效率的困境难以有效消解。“意志他律”与“人是目的”统一性的一面 ,决定了只有把其与“意志自律”统一起来 ,从而克服其各自对“人是目的”充分实现的片面意义 ,并以二者这种统一为根据 ,实现道德建设路径整合性和社会化创新 。
With its insistence on 'Man as the end' confined merely to the helped, the theory of moral self discipline overlooks the necessity and holiness of the moral subject as the end, hence the inefficient removal of the dilemma of high cost and low efficiency of the traditional means of moral construction based on the notion of 'self discipline of will'. The ideal of 'Man as the end' cannot be realized unless the agreement between 'the common discipline of will' and 'Man as the end' is unified with 'the self discipline of will' to remove their respective partiality. Based on this unity, the reshaping of and social innovation in the means of moral construction can be realized so as to effectively and fundamentally better the effect and results of moral construction.
