摘要
研究了乙二酸与焦化蜡油中碱性氮化物的反应动力学规律 ,考察了乙二酸浓度、碱性氮化物浓度、反应温度等因素对反应速率的影响 ,在 6 0~ 12 0℃内分别测定了相应的动力学数据 .结果表明 ,乙二酸与焦化蜡油中碱性氮化物的反应是 2级反应 ,二者反应分级数均为 1级 ,反应的活化能为 2 6 .7kJ mol ,从而确定了该反应的动力学方程式 .
The reaction kinetic of oxalic acid and basic nitrogen compound of coking gas oil was investigated. The concentration effects of oxalic acid and basic nitrogen compound and the temperature on reaction rate have been studied. The kinetic data is reaction rate constant, reaction order and reaction active energy are measurement at the range of 60 ℃ to 120 ℃. The results show that the total reaction order of oxalic acid with basic nitrogen compound which are contained in the coking gas oil is 2, and the order of tow reactants are 1 respectively. The reaction's active energy is 26.67 kJ·mol -1 .
