摘要
研究了以焦化蜡油做催化裂化原料在ZCM - 7催化剂上反应时的裂化性能和产率分布 ,考察了焦化蜡油中碱氮的质量分数和反应温度对催化裂化反应的影响 .结果表明 :以焦化蜡油做裂解原料时 ,汽油收率低 ,焦炭产量高 ;提高反应温度可以降低碱氮使催化剂活性中毒的影响 ,从而改善产品分布 ;工业中若采用柴油生产方案 ,则存在一个最佳操作温度 .
The cracking properties and distributions of products are studied for FCC by taking pure coker gatch as feedstock for conducting reaction on ZCM-7 catalyst. The effects of the basic nitrogen concentration in coker gatch and reaction temperature on the cracking properties are mainly investigated. The results show that when the coker gatch is taken as feedstock of cracking reaction, the yield of gasoline is reduced, and the yield of coke is enhanced. The increasing in the reaction temperature could lower down the effect of the basic nitrogen on the activity of catalyst and improve the distribution of products. The most appropriate reaction operation temperature can be found in the production of diesel.
