摘要
谷物粗蛋白(CP)含量与其氨基酸(AA)含量问存在极显著相关关系,通过回归统计确立CP与AA值间的一元回归方程,将欲测样品的CP值代入方程中即可估算出相应的AA值。本文是笔者利用河北省的三种谷物材料进行的一次偿试,结果证明,根据粗蛋白含量估算谷物氨基酸值是可行的,采用此法估算AA值快速、准确而经济。
Crude protein(CP) content in cereals was remarkably relaated with its Amino Acid (AA) contents. Through statistics the linear regressive equation could be established between CP content and AA content. By putting the CP content of a unknown sample into the equation, we could get its AA content. this paper was a try of this method using three cereals from Hebei province. The results indicated that the method was accurate,fast and economical.
